Deskbird NZ took flight in early 2020 with a mission to revolutionize the way people work at their desks. Motivated by the growing number of individuals experiencing sedentary work lives and suffering from back and joint pain due to poor posture, we recognized the need for a solution. We personally experienced the negative effects, witnessing slumping postures and increased back pain after work. Determined to make a difference, we set out to create something beneficial, adaptable, and functional. Thus, Deskbird NZ was born.

Deskbird is driven by the mission to make ergonomic equipment accessible to everyone, contributing to improved work and office environments throughout New Zealand. Our aim is not to advocate for standing and working all day, but rather to offer the flexibility to stand, sit at a higher or lower position, or even utilize a walking pad when desired.
